As we embark on the journey to bring the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) to Fresno, we are looking to not only inform the audience on the basics of this policy, but we are also interested in hearing what the audience voices when it comes to some of the perceived positives, negatives or indifferences for business professionals within the real estate industry. We want this roundtable to be a safe and inclusive environment for all in attendance.
